Chaves Ultramar knives from Ramon Chavez are manufactured in China by Reate Knives aimed to bring his amazing knives to a wider audience base. There are a variety of different models including a production Street version of his famous Redencion knife that is iconic in the knife world. They are perfect for everyday carry and Reate has managed to recreate Ramon's incredible action perfectly so they flip just like the real thing!
The RCK 9 folding knife from Chaves American Made draws inspiration from Ramon's popular custom RCK 9 fixed blade but at a more accessible price point. Maintaining the exact size and shape of the custom model, this folding version features a sturdy utilitarian design anyone will enjoy. The somewhat compact knife features a blade made from Bohler M390 stainless steel and full titanium scales. The handle flares out for a secure grip and practical functionality, including the signature skull pocket clip which is replaceable with a standard one. For the money, there isn't a better mid-tech type production knife that we can think of.
